feat: Updates to Serialization Generator v2.2 (#1157)

* Adds `SerializationProperty` - This will generate the private variable for serialization. Also provides an option `useField` to specify your own. Example: ```cs [SerializationProperty(0, useField: nameof(_resource)] ```
