test: fix shared state, CI-vacuous tests and harness duplication (#2722)
Follow-up to #2721. It fixes how the remaining tests behave and changes no production code.

## CI
- Both `dotnet test` steps pass `--filter "Category!=Manual"`. Before this, Manual-tagged tests ran on CI anyway.
- The one surviving movement-throttle latency test is the only coverage of burst forgiveness over a full, wrapped history. It loses its Manual tag, so it runs on CI.

## Tests that passed on CI without testing anything
- **Corpse and throwing tests.** They relied on tiledata for the weapon `Layer`, so on CI the equip silently failed and they asserted against empty lists. They now set `Layer` explicitly and assert the equip took effect. `TestThrown` also pins its own strength and range values, so a shard retuning SoulGlaive no longer breaks them.
- **Healthbar poison rows.** Server.Tests registers no poisons, so every row tested `null`. They now use real poison levels.
- **Account packet tests.** The mock accounts reported `Length` 0, so the character-list tests only ever encoded empty slots. They now encode the real characters.
- **Pathing and AI tests that only mean something on real Trammel/Felucca terrain** are now guarded with `TileDataRequirement.SkipIfMissing()`: Britain desk and clutter scenes, house footprints (no MultiData on CI) and fingerprints. Tests that are valid on flat blank terrain stay unguarded. (A synthetic tiledata fixture to run these on CI is a planned follow-up.)
- **Assertions that couldn't fail now check their claim.** Affected tests include the `DefaultWalker` cache use, cache on/off parity requiring a path, the recorder capability flags, the idle-pet gate, the monthly DST recurrence, the AdvancedSearch `Record.Exception` wrappers, `CanFitItem` with no branch-guarded assert, the Firewall callback, and `Import_NoMap`. The Geometry Parse asserts also now use the same input as their TryParse.

## Shared state
Every test that changes process-wide state now restores it, even when an assert fails:
- **The clock.** A new `TimerWheelScope` saves and restores `Core._tickCount`, `Core._now` and the timer wheel. `SimulatedClockScope` covers decay tests.
- **StepCache settings and caches**, via `StepCacheStateScope`.
- **Network state.** The ManualAllowlist, LoginAllowlist, firewall and BanChannel reporters are restored. Global packet handlers are now registered per test and removed afterwards, so they no longer stay registered for later tests.
- **Data and config tables.** `ArchiveJournal` statics, `TileData.ItemTable`, `ObjectPropertyList.Enabled`, `Core.Expansion` and the localization table are restored. One `MobileStatusVersion` restore was resetting a different expansion than the one the test changed.
- **Entities.** Tests with fixed serials now delete what they create. Fixed mobile serials moved to `World.NewMobile`, because deleting a hard-coded serial could unregister a live entity.
- **Collection race.** `SpiralScanTests` no longer clears the spawn cache from a separate collection that could run in parallel with the cache-manager tests.
- **Shared statics.** Classes reading shared static allowlists joined the sequential collection.

## Duplication
New shared helpers replace copy-pasted harness code:
- **Server.Tests:** `PacketAssert.Sends`, used by about 130 packet tests; `TestClientHarness`, `PersistencePipelineScope`, `NetTestHelpers`, `EntityCleanup` and one `TestMulti`.
- **UOContent.Tests:** `TimerWheelScope`, which also holds one wraparound-safe `RunFor`/`RunUntil`; `AiTestStubs`, which merges six walker copies and five identical creature stubs; `MobileTestHarness`, `CommandTestHarness` and `TempDirectory`.

Dead oracle packet classes are removed.

## Cost
| Test | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| `VirtualSerialTests` | 1.57s | 2ms (starts near the wrap via reflection instead of drawing ~17.9M serials) |
| Event scheduler recurrence loop | 473ms | 1ms |
| CrowdSec drain | 517ms | 16ms (event-driven instead of a fixed 500ms wait) |
| AuthId tests | 248ms | 99ms (SHA2 except the two GameLogin tests) |
| Container cap tests | 5,000 items | 3,449 / 3,277 (one past each protocol cap) |
| Bulk removal | 100k children | 20k children |
| OPL hash distribution | 60k builds | 10k builds |

## Shard-tuning decoupling
- AI assertions read `ReacquireDelay` and `FollowMoveSpeed` instead of hard-coding production tuning.
- The guard friendly-fire test uses an `AI_Mage` stub instead of WhiteWyrm.
- Argon2 assertions pin the `argon2id` variant and `v=19` but read the cost parameters from the configured hasher.

## Tests
| Run | Server.Tests | UOContent.Tests |
|---|---|---|
| With client files | 812 pass | 1,123 pass |
| Without client files (CI simulation) | 800 pass, 12 skip | 1,021 pass, 102 skip |

- The UOContent fixture reads `MODERNUO_TEST_DATA_DIR`; Server.Tests reads `MODERNUO_CLIENT_PATH`.
- The 15 new UOContent skips are the map-dependent guards above.
- Total run time with client files is about 5s, down from about 8s.

fix: Advanced Search results came back in a different order every search (#2626)
## Summary

Advanced Search results came back in a different order every search, whether or not a sort was chosen. Follow-up to #2625, where it was noticed while testing the property test.

## Why

Results arrive from the search workers in whatever order they finished. Each sort the gump offers compares a single key and `Array.Sort` is not stable, so equal keys, which is most rows under type or map, landed in a different order every run; with no sort chosen the list was arrival order outright. The range sort also answered 0 for any two results off the viewer's map, so those shuffled as well.

## What changed

- The five comparers share one base class whose `Compare` applies the chosen key and then a fixed tie-break, serial ascending regardless of direction. The direction is about the key; a fixed order among equal keys is what keeps two searches identical.
- The collected result list is put in serial order before the gump sees it, so an unsorted search is deterministic too. That sort runs on the thread-pool work item that already assembles the list and reads only the result records.
- No change to which key each sort uses or to what ascending and descending mean.

## Test plan

- [x] New `AdvancedSearchResultOrderTests`: six equal-keyed results offered in two arrival orders to every comparer in both directions, asserting the same sequence and serial order; the range comparer on off-map results; reverse flips the key but not the tie-break.
- [x] `UOContent.Tests`: 873 passed, 0 failed
- [x] `Server.Tests`: 869 passed, 0 failed
- [ ] In game: run the same search twice with each sort and with none; the lists match.

refactor: compile where/sort/distinct and Advanced Search through expression trees (#2625)
## Summary

`where`, `sort by`, `distinct` and the Advanced Search property test now compile through expression trees instead of the hand-rolled IL in `Emitter.cs`. The emitter and its three `Reflection.Emit` compilers were RunUO-era code from before expression trees existed; they were the only way to avoid per-object reflection at the time, and they are not any more.

Net: ~1,900 lines of IL bookkeeping deleted, one comparison engine instead of two, faster per object, cheaper to compile, collectible, and `Nullable<T>` properties work.

## Why

- **Bugs hid in the IL.** Equality on a type with value semantics but no `IComparable` (`TextDefinition`) was a raw `ceq`, so `where Message = 1060847` never matched. A chained binding (`Message.Number`) dereferenced every link unguarded, so the first swept object with a null intermediate killed the sweep with an NRE. A constant narrower or unsigned than `int` threw before compiling. A struct with no `CompareTo` reached `ceq` on two unboxed values, which is invalid IL. Every dynamic assembly was `Run`, so each `[global where` grew the process for good.
- **Advanced Search had its own engine.** Per entity and per leaf it re-split the expression, scanned the runtime type's properties by name, read the value by reflection, re-parsed the right-hand side and dispatched on type through ~300 lines of `CompareValues`. Same job, second implementation, second set of bugs.

## What changed

- `ICondition.Compile(MethodEmitter)` becomes `ICondition.Build(ParameterExpression)` returning an `Expression`. `ConditionalCompiler` assembles a `Func<object, bool>`, `SortCompiler` a `Comparison<T>`, `DistinctCompiler` both comparer interfaces over one lambda. The parsed constant is an `Expression.Constant`, so the generated type, its constructor and the per-condition field for non-primitive constants disappear with `PropertyValue`.
- `PropertyExpressions` holds the shared pieces: the chain walk with its null-intermediate guard, `CompareTo` resolution with the old null ordering, the integral/enum operator path, and constant parsing.
- `BaseExtension.Optimize` loses its `ref AssemblyEmitter` parameter. An out-of-tree extension that overrides `Optimize` needs to drop it.
- Advanced Search keeps its grammar (`~` negates, `@` is AND, `|` is OR and binds looser, string `>` is "starts with") and translates each leaf into the same conditions, compiled once per declaring type per search and memoized across the workers. Float and double keep their typed-precision tolerance through a small `EpsilonCondition` in the Advanced Search folder.

## Semantics preserved

- Equality on a non-comparable reference type is `object.Equals`, never reference identity. A non-comparable struct boxes into the same call.
- A null intermediate in a chained binding is no match, and stays no match under negation. Sort and distinct read it as `default(T)`.
- Unsigned relational compares stay unsigned; integral primitives and enums use the operator directly, nothing widens to a signed type. `float`, `double`, `decimal`, `string` and structs still go through the type's own `CompareTo`, so `string` equality stays culture-sensitive exactly as before.
- Only `==` and `!=` are valid for non-comparable types; a relational operator still throws at build time.
- `TypeCondition` is still first and still null-checks the cast target.

## Behavior changes

- **`Nullable<T>` works**, with C# lifted semantics in `where`: two nulls are equal, a null and a value are unequal, a null satisfies no relation. Sort keeps a total order with unset values at one end. A null *reference* keeps the ordering it had.
- **Advanced Search**: a leaf that cannot be parsed or resolved is no match even under `~` (it used to negate the failure and match every entity); `null` is the null value for equality on strings, nullables and reference types, as in `where`; dotted names walk into a property; static properties are no longer searchable.

## Measurements

`where`, from the handoff (Debug test host, single condition, ratios not absolutes):

| Approach | ns/object | Compile | Collectible | LOC |
|---|---:|---:|---|---:|
| `AssemblyBuilder` + IL (before) | 20.5 | 0.311 ms | no (`Run`) | ~1,916 |
| Expression trees (after) | ~12 | 0.187 ms warm | yes | ~600 |

Advanced Search, Release, one `SkillTeleporter`, 2M evaluations per leaf:

| Leaf | Before | After |
|---|---:|---:|
| `Hue=5` | 137 ns | 20 ns |
| `Name~~gate` | 121 ns | 39 ns |
| `Skill=Magery` | 116 ns | 21 ns |
| `Weight>0.5` | 122 ns | 28 ns |

Plus 0.5 to 2 ms to compile each declaring type a search meets (12 ms for the first compile in the process). All of it runs on the search workers; nothing new touches the loop.

## Also fixed: Advanced Search map filters

Found while testing the property test in game. The map boxes are independent checkboxes, but the worker applied each ticked map as "must be on this map", so ticking two or more (all maps and Internal, say) rejected every entity before any other filter ran. Present since #1649; the default of Felucca alone never showed it. An entity now passes when its map is any of the ticked ones, with none ticked meaning no map constraint. Pinned by a worker test.

## Test plan

- [x] `UOContent.Tests`: 862 passed, 0 failed
- [x] `Server.Tests`: 869 passed, 0 failed
- [x] Every commit builds and its tests pass on its own (bisectable)
- [ ] In game: `[global where`, `[area where`, `[condition`, `sort by`, `distinct`, Advanced Search property test

fix: Harden Advanced Search: crash-safety, autosave, correct results & worker fixes (#2543)
## Summary

Hardens the **Advanced Search** engine (`Projects/UOContent/Engines/Advanced Search/`) — the GM entity finder that fans searches across background worker threads. A code review surfaced 14 defects (A–N), including a shard-crasher reachable from a single admin typo and a path that silently disables autosave for the rest of the shard's uptime. Each behavioral fix ships with a test.

Full `UOContent.Tests` suite: **530/530 green** (21 new AdvancedSearch tests).

## Fixes

### Crash / data-loss
- **A — Shard crash on a malformed Property Test.** `AdvancedSearchThreadWorker.Execute` had no `try/catch` and the worker `Thread` is foreground, so a parse throw (`Hits>abc`, `Layer=onehanded` — `Enum.Parse` was case-sensitive, `Hits>1@` — empty sub-expression indexing) terminated the process. Now: `ParseValue`/`CompareValues` use `TryParse`/`Enum.TryParse(ignoreCase)` and return no-match instead of throwing; the per-entity filter is wrapped in `try/catch` (logs + skips); empty expressions are guarded.
- **C — Overlapping searches corrupt state + brick autosave.** `_threadWorkers`/`_threadId` were `static` but `DoSearch` is an instance method; a second search (double-click / two admins) stomped shared worker state and could leave a drain waiting forever on the shared `AutoResetEvent`, so `AutoSave.SavesEnabled` was never restored. Now: an `Interlocked` re-entrancy guard rejects concurrent searches.
- **G — Autosave restore not guaranteed.** The restore lived only in the success callback. Now it's in a `finally` (plus an outer `catch` covering the synchronous setup and a `catch` on the drain body), so autosave + the guard are always released.

### Wrong results
- **D — `@`/`|` operator precedence.** `a@b|c` evaluated as `a && (b || c)` instead of `(a && b) || c`. OR now binds looser than AND (`AdvancedSearchUtilities.EvaluateBoolean`, unit-tested).
- **E — Descending sort, partial last page rendered blank** (the index decreased in descending mode and the `break` early-out killed the loop). Now a bounded `VisibleCount`-driven loop renders the last page in both directions.
- **F — Deleted entities** were not skipped (ghost rows). Now `DoEntitySearch` skips `entity.Deleted`.
- **N — Reference-type comparisons** threw (`Comparer<T>.Default.Compare` on non-`IComparable`) and compared references to a string. Now equality is by value and ordering is guarded to `IComparable` (no throw).

### Worker perf / hardening
- **H** busy-spin → `Thread.Yield()` in the drain; **I** `GetProperties()` cached per `Type`; **J** `HandleValidInternal` moved behind the cheap map/range/region filters; **K** worker threads are `IsBackground` + `Exit()` tolerates an already-terminated worker; **L** `_filter == null` guard; **M** consistent `Volatile` access on `_pause`/`_exit`.

### Documented
- **B** — the residual worker/event-loop read race is documented on `AdvancedSearchThreadWorker`: workers read live entity state concurrently with the loop, so value-type reads may be stale-but-safe and getter exceptions are swallowed; fully eliminating it would require snapshotting entity fields on the main thread (deferred).

## Notes
- New test-only seams (`TryBeginSearch`/`EndSearch`/`IsSearchInProgress`/`VisibleCount`/`TryParseValue`/`EvaluateBoolean`) are `internal` via the existing `InternalsVisibleTo("UOContent.Tests")`.
- Dead `public ParseValue<T>` removed.
- `ConcurrentDictionary` for the reflection cache is intentional — these workers are genuinely parallel.
