### Summary
- Cleans up target cancellation being called incorrectly.
- An invalid target type (which should never happen), now calls `OnTargetUntargetable` instead of `OnTargetCanceled`
- Removes double calls to `FinishSequence` in Spells.
### API Breaking Change
Combined `AsciiMessage` and `UnicodeMessage` into a single function that takes two arguments, `bool ascii` and `string lang`. Lang can be null (or anything) if ascii is true.
