Extracts an internal Validate() helper from SpawnerJsonSerializer.Collect() that handles constructibility + discriminator-uniqueness checks. Adds SpawnerDiscoveryValidationTests asserting a second type claiming the same discriminator throws with the discriminator name in the message.
