Scope Phase 1 to the core gargoyle Throwing skill: base weapons (Boomerang,
Cyclone, SoulGlaive), combat mechanics, and crafting. Remove not-yet-wired
content for follow-up PRs — the 7 named artifacts, the Into the Void quest +
Agralem, GargishOutcast, the Bladeweaver vendor, and the dead SA loot tables.
Also revert the MovingShot archery change (belongs in a separate archery PR).
